I continue to explore composition, color, mark making texture and collage elements in my work. I approach my work without any real pre-planning--I let things happen intuitively. My palettes take shape in the same way. Sometimes, a piece will just fall into place nicely. Other times, the plot twists and turns. Creative problem solving can be extremely satisfying...and extremely frustrating.
